Find out what makes Bebra VPN so safe

Runs on Shadowsocks and AI

We designed Bebra for countries with strong Internet control, such as Russia and China.

Bebra runs on protocol called Shadowsocks. It was developed in 2012 in China to bypass government restrictions. Since then, many updates to this protocol have been released, and at Bebra we always use the most current version - thanks to this, all your traffic is completely safe.

Encryption according to IETF standards

The Shadowsocks protocol allows you to use various options for encrypting traffic between your device and our VPN server. We chose the most robust algorithm out of all possible options: ChaCha20-Poly1305.

All that your provider and government traffic analysis systems can see is an endless set of completely random characters that are transmitted from your device to our VPN server, which they will not be able to decipher and understand where you are actually going, and what content you read and send.

Artificial intelligence traffic masking

Because your encrypted traffic looks like a bunch of meaningless random characters, some countries, such as Iran and China, have begun to completely block packets they cannot understand. The JigSaw development team from Google came up with an algorithm to trick filters and disguise your encrypted random traffic as something ordinary, for example, an email, or a regular HTTP request for a page from some site.

We taught artificial intelligence to mask traffic every time you connect. This way, it will be very difficult to identify you based on certain traffic patterns, since they will change with each connection.

Zero logs policy

Bebra does not collect or store logs of your traffic. We do not know which sites you accessed through Bebra. And no one will know.

On most of our servers in the most popular locations we use RAM-Only servers (no hard drive). All scripts work only in RAM, from where it is impossible to recover any data.

Your private VPN server

While many popular services allow users to connect to any of their servers in each country, we took a different route. We place only 10 people on each server, and in each location you always have one permanent IP address. Thus, it will not be possible to calculate all our IP addresses at once and completely block the connection to them.

Even if they want to block us in some country, and for this they subscribe to our service in order to find out our addresses, this way they will be able to block only one address in each of our countries. We will promptly replace blocked addresses with new ones.

Warrant canary

As of 01.09.2026, Bebra received no requests from governments.
